Der Norwegen-Stand gehört für mich zu den wenigen Gründen, der Grünen Woche einen Besuch abzustatten. Das Motto lautet hier ganz eindeutig Qualität, wie nicht zuletzt die rotweißblau-besternten Pullover der angereisten Nordmänner und -frauen zum Ausdruck bringen. Natürlich gibt es Aquavit, Fischiges in vielerlei Form sowie Elch- und Rentierfleisch. Doch was fand ich am spannendsten: den Ziegenkäse von Svein Håpnes.
