After all the wonderful excitement of Cheese Berlin, here comes a „regular“ HeinzelCheeseTalk at „our“ table opposite the Suff winestall at Markthalle Neun. On that table: three totally not regular, exceptional Polish cheeses, from distant, verdant Mazuria in the far east of the country. I know, I know – I promised you those three beauties back in October, and then didn’t deliver… This time, they are here, for real. And some intriguing Polish wines to go with them. What a weekend – the Markthalle Neun was full of cheese, cheese makers, cheesemongers, cheese lovers – in short, you! For a whole, long day (11-19h), local, regional, national, international stuff was presented, sniffed, felt, tasted, discussed, sold, savored…

Kein spezieller, außer daß ich zuerst hier und dann dort bin und wir uns dann zum HeinzelCheeseTalk treffen… Wie immer bei diesen Erkundungsreisen kann ich nicht im Vorhinein sagen, was genau wir zusammen am großen Tisch in der Markthalle Neun erleben und erschmecken werden, aber spannend wird es sicher!
