Der Red Hawk alleine ist ein Flugticket in die USA wert. Wer das als übertrieben abtut, hat diesen kleinen runden Stinker noch nicht ihn Bestform erlebt. Großes Käse-Ehrenwort! Er ist köstlich, schmilzt üppig auf der Zunge (das ist hier mal kein Werbespruch, denn für den Triple Cream beziehungsweise Doppelrahmkäse wird unter die vollfette Milch richtig viel Sahne gemischt), und all die sahnige Süße wird von den Aromen der rotschmierig-stinkigen Rinde ausbalanciert, je gereifter, desto waghalsiger und beeindruckender. » Weiterlesen…

Red Hawk on its own is worth a flight ticket to the US. Who thinks that’s overdoing a bit in all likelihood never experienced this small round stinker at its best. Promised.
